What if I need to return something?

You must be delighted with any product you buy from us. Most of our products are "build-to-order" as we are now a print-on-demand(POD) company. All products have a 30-day to return/exchange for all orders that are defective or an error occurred during production. Due to the POD status there will be a nominal return fee for all non-customized/personalized products. All products returned must be in original condition, for exchange, credit or refund. Personalized items are not returnable. Shipping and handling is excluded. Call 1-267-498-0071 for required return authorization code and complete return instructions.


1.  If you are returning merchandise because you have changed your mind:

We recommend carefully repackaging the merchandise in the original packing materials and using a traceable, insurable carrier as the customer is liable for the merchandise until it is received in its original condition. Upon receipt and inspection, you will be credited or a refund check issued as long as the merchandise is in original condition. Please put the authorization code on the outside of the package.

2.  If you are returning merchandise that is damaged:

Please save the original packaging so that liability for the damage may be assessed. Our staff will give you complete instructions when you call for the authorization code. Please put the code on the outside of the package.
