Neuroprocessing Manual Version 2.4.3

Neuroprocessing is an advanced component of the Koren Specific Technique (KST). This method is designed to address various emotional, psychological, and physical challenges by utilizing a phrase-based system that integrates verbal affirmations and KST adjustments.

Core Principles:
Neuroprocessing is based on the idea that the body’s neurological system can be guided to identify and correct emotional and physical stressors through the use of specific phrases and statements. These phrases are designed to provoke an "occipital drop" (OD), a key KST indicator used to determine when the body neurologically registers issues. The OD works similarly to a polygraph, providing feedback from the body's nervous system and helping practitioners identify where there are disconnections or areas of stress that need attention.

How Neuroprocessing Works:
Patients are asked to repeat targeted phrases aloud while the practitioner checks for the OD response. If the body does not register the phrase as true (indicating a “no” response), the practitioner follows a flow chart to pinpoint areas in the body needing adjustment. Adjustments are made, and the phrase is repeated until a positive neurological response is recorded, signaling that the body has integrated the phrase and the associated stressor has been resolved.

This technique is particularly effective for issues where emotional and physical experiences are intertwined, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic pain, and other psychosomatic conditions. For patients unable to speak or for children, a parent or guardian can say the phrases on their behalf, ensuring the method remains accessible to all ages and conditions.

Scope of Application:
The manual covers a wide variety of health concerns that Neuroprocessing can address. These range from general emotional and physical health issues to more specific conditions like:

- Emotional Health: Anxiety, depression, PTSD, self-harm, and intrusive thoughts. For each condition, the document provides a list of phrases aimed at helping patients process and release emotional tension.

- Physical Health: Bowel and gut issues, altitude sickness, balance problems, and chronic pain. The manual offers phrases that assist the body in registering these physical functions more efficiently.

- Cognitive and Learning Issues: Phrases to support children and adults with dyslexia, dysgraphia, ADHD, and school performance, helping to enhance cognitive processing and emotional regulation.

- Family and Relationship Dynamics: Phrases are provided to address complex family dynamics, including adoption and foster care, marital challenges, and issues with children’s emotional health.

- Spiritual and Religious Concerns: For Christian practitioners and patients, specific affirmations are designed to align spiritual beliefs with emotional and physical well-being, including phrases about trust in God’s guidance and the importance of forgiveness and grace.
